Abstract
In 2024 it was time again for the traditional monitoring of fresh water. In connection with changes in production and possible increased emissions of mercury, some changes were made to the program for fresh water at the same time as investigations of mercury (Hg), lead (Pb) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in precipitation, vegetation and soil were initiated. In the new programme, there is good co-location between sampling stations for fresh water, rainfall, vegetation and soil samples.
Samples were collected in fresh water, rainfall, vegetation and soil from the beginning of September.
